Quadro-port Tunnel Orbital Sphere

The Quadro-Port Tunnel Orbital Sphere is an ocular implant with a smooth anterior surface and prefabricated tunnels for sutures to pass through when attaching extraocular muscles directly to the implant without the need for a wrapping material. A disposable enucleation introducer is packaged with each implant.
