Aaron M. Noble, CEO
Aaron has over 19 years of experience in mechanical engineering; honing his abilities during his tenure as chief product development engineer at Porex Surgical (former manufacturer of MEDPOR®) from 2002-2008. Following his time at Porex, Aaron and his wife Golda have built a leader in design and machining services in the south western Atlanta area. In 2011, Aaron founded Poriferous LLC, using his previous experiences at Porex and GT Virtual Concepts to create a medical device company with a focus on innovations in implant technology.
In his spare time Aaron is an avid gardener and enjoys spending time with his family.
Golda Noble, COO
Golda has been with the company since its inception in 2011. Golda earned a B.A. in Business Management from LaGrange College in LaGrange, GA. Golda brings over 13 years of management experience to Poriferous. Prior to Poriferous’ founding Golda served as CEO of GT virtual Concepts, a market leader in design and custom machining services.
In her spare time Golda serves on the advisory committee for the engineering department of C.E.C. a charter career advancement school in Newnan, GA.

C. Rob Bernardino MD, FACS
Carlo "Rob" Bernardino MD, FACS is one of the foremost authorities on Ophthalmology and Oculoplastic surgery in California. He previously served as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Emory University in Atlanta from 2003 to 2007. After working at Emory Dr. Bernardino continued on to serve as Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, Residency Program Director, and the Director of the Oculoplastics and Orbital Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine from 2007 to 2010. He now practices at Vantage Eye Center in Salinas California. Dr. Bernardino joined the Poriferous Medical Advisory Board in 2014.
In his free time Dr. Bernardino enjoys spending time with his family exploring new restaurants and driving through the California countryside.

Jerri Mann, Chief Regulatory Officer
Jerri joined the Poriferous team in 2014. She brings with her over 13 years of legal and regulatory compliance experience in the implant industry; formerly serving as the legal and regulatory compliance manager for Porex Surgical (former manufacturer of MEDPOR®). Jerri earned a B.A. in Communications from Georgia State University.
Outside of Poriferous Jerri serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Drake Davis Foundation.
In her spare time Jerri loves to write and spend quality time with her family..

Wanda Landrum, Implant Technician
Wanda joined the Poriferous team in 2014. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in the implant industry. Formerly a custom implant technician for Porex Surgical (former manufacturer of MEDPOR®). Prior to her time in the custom’s department Wanda was a Quality Control Technician for Porex Surgical.

Romelia joined the Poriferous team in 2015. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in the implant industry. Formerly an implant technician for Porex Surgical (former manufaturer of MEDPOR®).
Devina Griffin , Quality (Not Pictured)
Devina joined us in 2017. She has worked in Quality Control for over 7 years. During her time at Poriferous, she has attained certifications as both Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor.
John D. Rudisill, Manufacturing Manager
John has been with the company since 2012. John previously worked in the service industry, as a general manager, with over 20 years of experience. John also proudly served in the US Military.
In his spare time John loves to spend time with his family.

Steven T. Shaw, Manufacturing Engineering Consultant
Steven has worked with Poriferous since 2011. Steven studied Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University. Steven serves on the advisory board for the engineering department at CEC.
In his spare time, Steven is an avid amateur lawnmower race driver.
